Petromax Well Casing Cleaner (WCC)

The Petromax concentrate is applied downhole under 20,000 psi through a high-speed rotating nozzle.

Petromax Well Production Stimulator (WPS)

This product is injected under varying degrees of pressure and molecular stimulation downhole.

Petromax Soil Remediation Process (SRP)

Contaminated soil is hydraulically processed to remove and recover hydrocarbons.

Petromax Petroleum Sludge Conditioning (PSC) 1, 2, and 3

These products act as sludge conditioning to enhance or facilitate downstream handling. These processes include but are not limited to downhole injection, coker injection, bioremediation, and de-watering. Petromax PSC products are utilized in sludge removal for tanks, roll-offs, temporary storage tanks, pits, lagoons, and production oil knock-out vessels.

Petromax Sludge Processing (SP)

Sludge is pumped through a Petromax ultra-high pressure processing chamber where hydrocarbons are detached from organic particles. Waste is then pumped to a settling bin where unmodified oil is recovered or pumped through a coker unit or refined into a salable product.

Petromax Tar Sands Processing (TSP)

Tar sands are presently surface-mined in a process that leaves considerable oil on the sand. These deposits create emulsified clay, water, and oil waste streams called mature fine tailings (MFT). Petromax processes dramatically enhance production output and eliminate toxic MFT.

Petromax MFT-2

In huge storage ponds, over 700 million m3 of mature fine tailings are stored awaiting remediation. MFT consists of an emulsified waste stream generated through conventional means of bitumen oil recovery from tar or oil sands. Our process breaks this emulsion into a three-phase separation of clay, water, and recoverable bitumen. There are millions of barrels of bitumen recoverable from the MFT.

Petromax processing is utilized to convert negative-value waste oil recovered from ponds, pits, or lagoons into its full market value.
